The Firm has an established base in offshore services, including incorporation and management of corporations, opening bank and brokerage accounts, establishing and administering trusts and private foundations, commercial representation and trustee and fiduciary services. Incorporation

To request the incorporation of  a corporation or IBC, we require the following information: 

Client Information: name, address and contact details (telephone, fax and email)

Fulfilment of our Due Diligence requirements: we will request letters of reference and other background information.  

Corporation Information:
Jurisdiction
Choice of name: 1st, 2nd & 3rd choices
Capital of the Corporation

Officers & Directors:
Names & Addresses (and passport number) and indication of who is to be President, Secretary & Treasurer; or
Request to supply nominee officers & directors

Object or Purpose of the Company:
Investment, Shipping, or specify another.
