Client Information: name, address and contact details (telephone, fax and email)

Fulfilment of our Due Diligence requirements: we will request letters of reference and other background information.

Corporation Information:

• Jurisdiction
• Choice of name: 1st, 2nd & 3rd choices
• Capital of the Corporation

Officers & Directors:

• Names & Addresses (and passport number) and indication of who is to be President, Secretary & Treasurer; or
• Request to supply nominee officers & directors

Object or Purpose of the Company:

• Investment, Shipping, or specify another.
